Current changes related to COVID-19


Caring for our patients' musculoskeletal needs in a safe and timely manner is always our top priority. With our region now in the "Green" phase, all Tri Rivers offices are open and staff is caring for patients, taking proper precautions consistent with public health recommendations.

Appointment Options

In addition to in-office visits, Tri Rivers will offer telehealth or telephone appointments when deemed appropriate by our providers. If you have a problem that needs to be addressed, please call 1-866-874-7483 to schedule an appointment.

Scheduled Surgeries

If you have a scheduled surgery, your surgeon’s team will contact you directly to discuss next steps. This may include pre-procedure COVID-19 testing. We continue to work with our hospital partners on timely scheduling of surgical and specialty testing such as MRIs.

Visitor Restrictions

Currently, Tri Rivers is permitting 1 support person per visitor in our offices. Support persons will be pre-screened for illness, and those with positive screenings will not be allowed in the building. Support persons cannot be under the age of 18 and must wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.

At the BHS Crossroads Campus & Slippery Rock locations:  Patients will be screened by Butler Health System personnel at the main entrance prior to being admitted into the building.

At the North Hills office:  Patients can enter through the main entrance of the Medical Building, will be screened and then will proceed to Tri Rivers.
