With proper preparations through UPMC, it is possible to have your joint replacement surgery in the morning and be discharged to your own home that night.

Ask your provider if same-day discharge after joint replacement is an option for you.

Office Hours: Tri Rivers will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 28.


Butler-Clearview, Cranberry/Mars and North Hills offices are open Friday, Nov. 29 at 9:00 a.m. for limited office hours.

April 3 is

National Walking Day


The first Wednesday in April is National Walking Day, and it encourages Americans of all ages to get out and stretch their legs!


Not only is walking is a great way to recover from hip surgery, knee surgery and other procedures ... it's a great way to prevent these procedures in the first place! Being active, even just by walking consistently, helps your overall well-being.
