    • Onsite X-rays, diagnostic tests and injections for pain

  • When should an employee see a Tri Rivers provider?

    Injured workers with musculoskeletal issues can be conveniently scheduled directly with Tri Rivers providers, saving employers time and money. We value your time and work efficiently to accommodate your scheduling request.

  • What is the normal turnaround time for an appointment?

    Our goal is to provide initial appointments within 72 hours -- or same-day appointments for urgent injuries -- at one of our convenient locations.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Our scheduling team is available at 1-866-874-7483, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • What information is needed to schedule an appointment?

    To be prepared when scheduling an appointment, please have the following information available:

    • Worker's full name and date of birth
    • Date of injury and body part affected
    • Employer name, address, contact name, phone and fax number
    • Workers' compensation claim number
